PDF version available at the bottom of this page.

Good Morning Year 1, please see below the activities we would like you to do today. Remember you can take photos (if you have made, shown or drawn something) or use your exercise book to write any sentences or complete any number sentences.

We hope you have fun!

LO:  I can reflect on my experiences of Year 1.

Activity:

Today is the last day of school! We have absolutely loved learning with you and have so many fabulous and fun memories from our year together; even though it was a little shorter than normal. Today we have attached a memories booklet for you to reflect on your year in either Foxes, Hedgehogs or Squirrels Class. Have a think about your favourite moments, your favourite learning that you completed, the friendships you’ve made and anything that will make you remember your year 1 class with a smile.

LO: I can solve problems.

Activity

Today it is the last day so we would like you to finish your summer booklet off. The last 3 activities are a little trickier so take your time and think carefully. You may need your grown-ups to help you with these.

Looking for more?

Can you create your own activity or game for your grown-ups to complete?

Connected Curriculum (Art)

LO: I can create an observational drawing.

Activity:

You have now had time to read your new Teacher and Teaching Assistant mat to get to know your new grown-ups a little better. We would like you today to choose one of your grown-ups and you are going to see if you can create a portrait of them. You can choose which median you would like to use (e.g. drawing, painting etc.). Remember to look carefully at all of the details to help you.

If you would like the photo to be a little bigger you can use the following link which will take you straight to the adults in school and then you can find the picture you need.
